If you're looking for a conference room in Bremen where the whole team can meet, our event room is “Waterline” the ideal choice. It can accommodate up to 200 people and the room offers a 180° water view, which creates a stimulating and inspiring atmosphere. In addition, you benefit from direct access to our sandy beach — perfect for breaks in the fresh air so that you can continue to be productive afterwards.
There will be several teams present at the conference in Bremen and do you therefore need even more space? Then decide on the event level “Upper deck”. A total of 600 people can gather here, and the roof terrace provides the perfect setting for joint activities in soothing sunlight.
As a breakout room or for smaller workshops, our Houseboat LAG available, with modern presentation, audio and video technology.
Our conference packages
To make it as easy as possible for you to book a meeting room in Bremen, we work with conference packages. The half-day package is valid for a period of 5 hours and the full-day package comprises a full 9 hours. The costs for the conference room in Bremen are calculated per person. The half-day flat rate for the “Waterline” event level is 80 euros and for the upper deck 95 euros. If, on the other hand, you choose the all-day package, the costs are 95 euros and 110 euros per person.
With the packages, you can not only our Meeting rooms in Bremen use, but specific services are included in the price. If you book for half a day, we will provide you and everyone present with refreshing drinks, snacks, fresh fruit and a delicious lunch.
The full-day package includes a second coffee break and, as an option, we can have dinner from our Luun Restaurant offer. This way, you are completely cared for and can concentrate on your meeting.
