How do I get tickets?
After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email. After receipt of payment, your tickets can be viewed via the link in the email. Simply show them on your mobile phone at the entrance.
Can I cancel tickets?
No, event tickets cannot be canceled and are excluded from the right of withdrawal. There is a special regulation for Kohlfahrten tickets.
The tickets for my desired event are no longer available in the shop. What can I do
Only a limited number of events is available.
Can I change my order later?
No, it is no longer possible to make subsequent changes to an order. If you want to book more tickets, you can simply place a new order.
All tickets I've bought have my name on them. What now?
No problem All our tickets are transferable. If it bothers you, you can forward your ticket and change the name as a result.
